CAM2000S includes an integrated module for quickly calculating and generating flat patterns for tubes and complex intersections.
The software supports both standard and custom connections between cylinders, cones, pyramids and rectangular-to-round transitions, among others. With only a few settings, the correct unfolded geometry is automatically calculated and drawn.
The resulting flat pattern can be adjusted if required and then used directly for plasma cutting, laser cutting or other sheet metal operations.
This provides a fast workflow from a 3D shape or connection to a production-ready 2D profile.
