Invoicing

For cash-flow planning, CIM2000 allows purchase and sales provisions to be created. These can later be linked to the actual purchase or sales invoices, making it easier to monitor expected and actual cash flows.

Invoicing is normally carried out after the production cycle has been completed and the delivery note has been created. The sales department can request an overview of all delivery notes that still need to be invoiced and select which invoices should be generated.

For each invoice, the costs to be invoiced are automatically proposed. These can still be adjusted where necessary, for example based on the post-calculation, or supplemented with additional charges such as transport costs.

CIM2000 then automatically generates the invoice using the available information, including:

  • customer and address details;
  • delivery address;
  • payment terms;
  • delivered products and quantities;
  • agreed or adjusted prices.

Before final issue, comments or other changes can still be added.

The layout, language and content of invoices can be fully customised and, if required, adapted for individual customers.

Reports showing turnover per customer and per period can also be generated easily, providing a clear overview of sales results.
